Tickets & Representatives

Tickets to events and SkyView are sold at our service center, right by SkyView.

Tickets may only be purchased directly - not booked in advance

- from June 1st, 2010

From June 1st 2010 it is only possible to buy your tickets directly for events at the Ericsson Globe, Annexet and Hovet. It will no longer be possible to book a ticket, it has to be paid when ordered. Tickets for events (football) at Söderstadion may still be purchased directly and may also be booked in advance. Here is how to buy tickets from June 1st:
- Direct buy online, the ticket is delivered either as TicketFast or to be picked up at a Ticnet agent or at the Stockholm Globe Arenas's service center, by SkyView.
- Direct buy via a Ticnet agent
- Direct buy via our Call-center +46(0)77-131 00 00, the ticket is delivered either as TicketFast or to be picked up at a Ticnet agent or at the Stockholm Globe Arenas's service center, right by SkyView
- Direct buy at the Stockholm Globe Arenas's service center, by SkyView.
NB: It is still possible to collect ticket reservations at the ATG agents, however you can no longer make direct ticket purchases through ATG agents. 

We accept all types of credit and charge cards as well as Ticnet gift cards.

Service fee

On purchase/collection of tickets at Stockholm Globe Arenas' box office, a service fee of max. SEK 45/ticket will be charged due to our now being a Ticnet-representative.

TicketFast

A fee of SEK 50 will be charged customers that request help with printing their TicketFast bookings at the Stockholm Globe Arenas' ticket office.

Gift cards are sold at our service center right by SkyView. The values available for gift cards are between SEK 50 - 500 and are valid as payment for all events at Stockholm Globe Arenas: Ericsson Globe, Annexet, Hovet and Söderstadion.
