Service fee
On purchase/collection of tickets at Stockholm Globe Arenas' box office, a service fee of max. SEK 45/ticket will be charged due to our now being a Ticnet-representative.

A fee of SEK 50 will be charged customers that request help with printing their TicketFast bookings at the Stockholm Globe Arenas' ticket office.

Gift cards are sold at the Stockholm Globe Arenas' box office, address Globentorget 2. The values available for gift cards are between SEK 50 - 500 and are valid as payment for all events at Stockholm Globe Arenas: Ericsson Globe, Annexet, Hovet and Söderstadion.

Stockholm Globe Arenas' reception and switchboard are situated right next to our box office and stays open Mon - Fri between 08.30 - 17.30.
