About the company
Stockholm Globe Arenas has an important mission in helping to secure Stockholm as a tourist and event city of world class. Here, in the middle of Stockholm, we offer our visitors various types of events in our arenas: Ericsson Globe, Annexet, Hovet and the new Tele2 Arena.
The stadium Söderstadion is after the inauguration of Tele2 Arena used mostly for football practice. From 2010 we can also offer our visitors rides with the attraction SkyView, taking the visitors up along the outside of the Ericsson Globe, 130 metres above sea level.
Stockholm's area of events
Stockholm Globe Arenas have the operational responsibility of the five arenas Ericsson Globe, Annexet, Hovet, Söderstadion, Tele2 Arena (2013) and the attraction SkyView. The arenas have a total capacity of 75,000 visitors. World famous artists such as Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, Avicii och Rihanna visit our arenas every year. Large championships such as the Indoor European Track and Field Championship, the European Basketball Championships and the Ice Hockey World Championship as well as mega-events like Monster Jam and the NHL premiere.
With approximately 300 implemented events and 2.1 million visitors per year, we are without comparison the largest and most flexible area of events in northern Europe.
