Policy for accessibility at stockholm Globe Arenas
Arenas and workplaces at Stockholm Globe Arenas shall be highly accessible.
The Company shall always work towards creating prerequisites for further accessibility, partly through increased awareness of the personnel and partly by giving support and service to visitors and work colleagues who are disabled.
Therefore, all plans for rebuilding or new building must include a accessibility inquiry where the possibilities for further increasing accessibility are accounted for.
If judged necessary, then viewpoints shall be collected from those organisations for the disabled concerned.
In the same way, investments and technological up-dates,must be preceded by an accessibility inquiry.
Booking of wheelchair space tel +46(0)8-508 354 54
Mon - Fri between 09.00 -11.00 and 13.00 -15.00.
When there is a maximum limit to tickets (e.g. 4 or 6 tickets), even those in wheelchairs may buy the same number of tickets (companion included).
For example, for sales of maximum 4 tickets/person, those in wheelchairs may, from this time, buy one wheelchair ticket and receive a companion ticket free of charge and then also buy 2 tickets to the arena.
A buy-back of a wheelchair seat with only the regular seats in the arena being used, is not allowed.
Sight interpretation
A digital sight interpretation equipment is now available at Söderstadion, at all Hammarby´s matches in Allsvenskan and at all Elitserien matches at Hovet. The price of a sight interpretation space is the same as for a wheelchair space. The ticket is also valid for
1 companion. The sight interpretation spaces are situated on section A, row 3.
How the sight interpretation ticket works:
Call +46(0)8-508 354 54 (Mon-Fri between 09.00 -11.00 and 13.00 -15.00), and specify that you would like to book a sight interpretation ticket.
On the day of the event, you pick up and return your rental equipment at Söderstadion´s entry No. 20 respectively the information desk at Hovet.
We hope to eventually increase the sight interpretation availability also at our other arenas and events.
Number of wheelchair spaces
Ericsson Globe 10 - 50 spaces, Annexet 6 -10 spaces, Hovet max 16 spaces and Söderstadion 22 spaces. The number of spaces reserved for wheelchairs in Ericsson Globe, Annexet and Hovet vary due to how each event is arranged. At Söderstadion the number of wheelchair spaces is always the same.
A companion may come along at no extra cost.
