Tickets to events* and SkyView are sold at our service center by SkyView.

Mon-Fri 09.00-18.00
Sat-Sun 09.30-16.00. Various hours on holidays and other special occasions, see the SkyView startpage.

Tickets
Tickets to events and SkyView on sale in our service center, right by SkyView. We also carry souvenirs, see you! 


Tickets - only direct purchases from 1 June 2010

From June 1st 2010 it is only possible to buy tickets directly for events at the Ericsson Globe, Annexet and Hovet. It will no longer be possible to just book a ticket, it has to be paid when ordered. Tickets for events (football) at Söderstadion may now also be purchased by TicketFast. 

Here is how to buy tickets from June 1st:
- Direct buy online, the ticket is delivered either as TicketFast or to be picked up at a Ticnet agent  or at the Stockholm Globe Arenas's service center, by SkyView.
- Direct buy via a Ticnet agent
- Direct buy via our Call-center +46(0)77-131 00 00, the ticket is delivered either as TicketFast or to be picked up at a Ticnet agent  or at the Stockholm Globe Arenas's service center, right by SkyView
- Direct buy at the Stockholm Globe Arenas's service center, by SkyView.

Please note: It is still possible to collect ticket reservations at the ATG agents, however you can no longer make direct ticket purchases via these agents. 

We accept all types of credit and charge cards as well as Ticnet gift certificates.

Groups, bus companies and wheelchair spaces

Tickets for groups, bus companies and wheelchair spaces are booked via Ticnet. This also applies to sight interpretation spaces.
  Groups of 15 people or more (tickets only) and bus companies
Tel. +46(0)771-21 21 21. Open Mon - Fri 09.00-12.00 and 13.00-17.00. Closed for lunch between 12.00 - 13.00. During times other than the above, groups/companies are welcome to e-mail us instead; foretag@ticnet.se.

* Sight interpretation spaces available at Hammarby Football games at Söderstadion and at Elitserien hockey matches at Hovet.

Service fee

On purchase or when collecting tickets at our service center, a service fee of max. SEK 45/ticket will be charged, as we are one of the Ticnet representatives.

TicketFast

A fee of SEK 50 will be charged all customers that request help from the Stockholm Globe Arenas staff to print out TicketFast tickets. Read more about TicketFast here.
