The Swedish athletes in tough competition with the best athletes in the world at one of the very best indoor competitions in the world.
In recent years spectators in the Globe have seen as many as six new world records and twentytwo Swedish records on the fast tracks of the arena.
Swedish stars Sanna Kallur, Johan Wissman, Carolina Klüft, Stefan Holm, Linus Thörnblad, Emma Green and Mattias Claesson all hope to be able to compete at GE Galan 2008.
Programme at GE Galan 2008
- Women: 800 m, 1 500 m, 60 m hurdles, high jump and long jump.
Men: 400 m, 800 m, 1 000 m, 3 000 m, 60 m hurdles, high jump and pole vault.
GE Galan's main competitions start at 7:30 pm. Pre-competitions from 5 pm.
Entry No. 2 opens at 3:30 pm, entry No. 6 at 4 pm.
