Ask Grizzly Bear, Bon Iver, Local Natives, Band of Horses and Fleet Foxes if they have ever listened to Chicago band Wilco and they are all guaranteed to answer yes! Ever since Wilco's debut "A.M." via the classic and breakthrough album "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" up until "The whole love" (2011) the band has woven in traditional music from all over the American continent while constantly adding something new to it.

Wilco's starting point is diversity, wide instrumentalism and a rare sense of swing, soul and melody. A concert by Wilco is entertainment, but it also shows what can be done with instruments, absolute pitch and presence.

Support act: Hanne Hukkelberg

The Norwegian singer, artist and composer Hanne Hukkelberg warms up the stage before Wilco. Hanne now lives in New York and her fourth album "Featherbrain" is set for release in mid-February. Personal, fragile yet very powerful pop music.
