Söderstadion

Söderstadion – holy ground for all green-white football fans. Hammarby Fotboll has now moved into the brand new home arena close by, Tele2 Arena, which is also the home arena to Djurgården Fotboll.

Söderstadion in 2013

After the opening of Tele2 Arena in the summer of 2013, Söderstadion is currently used mostly for practice events by Hammarby Fotboll etc etc.

Söderstadion has served as a pleasantly green outdoor arena which can seat up to 12,882 spectators.

Söderstadion can be easily reached by taking the metro, by bus or by car. A garage is available for those who choose to drive to the match.  

Parking at the Globe City

There are 1,500 parking spaces are available within the area, divided between two indoor garages with a modern, supervised parking and gate system.

There are 4 entrances and one entrance for  disabled persons at Söderstadion. If you are going in at the south stands, you go via Hovet's entrance number 11. 

Facilities

There are more than 20 toilets available at Söderstadion for women respectively men, as well as 2 toilets for disabled persons.
As a complement to these, the toilets inside Hovet are also available.

A few concerts have also taken place at Söderstadion over the years. ZZ Top held a highly anticipated concert here and Avicii as well as deadmau5 has performed live on the arena. Prior to the season of 2004 the East stands were expanded with a provisional stands section allowing standing space for 6,390 people. The North and South stands were also complemented with further seats.
