If I want to make a complaint - where do I turn?
During events please contact our staff at the Information desk (one at Ericsson Globe and one at Hovet).
As most matters can be solved directly at the arena during the event, please let us know on site if you have any questions or complaints, as we do do not have the possibility to compensate visitors afterwards.
